The terms that apply when you use Fixturefold: what a poster made from your own list can be relied on for, your data, refunds and what stays free.

What this is
Fixturefold is a layout tool. It reads the fixture list you paste or type and lays it out as a poster and graphics by fixed rules. It does not know your league's fixtures, so the poster is only as right as the list behind it. Leagues move games: check the poster against the league's own list before you print or share it.
The poster is not an official league or club document. Where a line could be read two ways, the page asks you; where it cannot be read, it marks the line. What you confirm is what prints.
Names used
League, club and competition names on a poster are the ones you type, and belong to their owners. Use only a badge you are allowed to use. Fixturefold is not affiliated with any league, club, governing body or graphics vendor.
What is free
These stay free with no account. A paid tier adds the extras listed on the Premium page. Nothing free is moved behind a gate to make room for it.
- Reading and fixing your fixture list, in every format the page reads
- The season poster on A4 or Letter, in all three styles, as a PDF or printed
- The social season image
- Graphics for the next 3 games
- 1 saved team, with backup export and import
Your data
Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device. You can clear it at any time, we cannot recover it, and it does not follow you to another device. Save a backup file to keep a copy of your teams.
Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
- your access code, shown on the Premium page while you have Premium on the browser you purchased from
- roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
- the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy
That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Acceptable use
Use the site to make posters and graphics for teams you help run. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Fixturefold is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from reliance on a poster or graphic it makes, including printing costs and missed games. Check the poster against your league's list.

Questions, and reports of a line that was read wrongly, go to socialreminderinfo@gmail.com. Send the line as you pasted it. A reading that breaks a stated rule is a defect and gets fixed.
